30-Day Easy Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Jewelry must be unworn and unused
- Product must be in original condition
- Original box, pouch, tags, certificates, and packaging must be included
- Items showing scratches, damage, alteration, or signs of wear will not qualify
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents
Exchanges
We offer easy exchanges for:
- Ring size issues
- Damaged items received
- Incorrect product received
- Manufacturing defects
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we may issue:
- Store credit
- Replacement
- Refund (if applicable)
2-Year Warranty
Every Amavida Jewels piece comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Our warranty includes:
- Broken clasps
- Loose stones caused by manufacturing defects
- Tarnishing due to plating defects
- Faulty craftsmanship
- Structural breakage under normal use
If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
Our warranty does not cover:
- Lost jewelry or stolen items
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, fading, or accidental damage
- Damage caused by improper storage or care
- Water, chemical, or perfume damage due to misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Clear product photos
- Unboxing video
Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund if eligible.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders may receive bank transfer or store credit
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional processing time.
Return Shipping
- Domestic return shipping may be free for approved defective or incorrect orders
- For standard returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Inspired by leading D2C jewelry brands, returned items must arrive safely and in original condition to qualify for refund approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Customized or engraved orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Holiday Extended Returns
Orders placed during festive or holiday periods may qualify for an extended return window, as announced during promotional periods.
Jewelry Care Recommendation
To keep your Amavida Jewels pieces beautiful for longer:
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, and chemicals
- Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or workouts
- Store pieces separately in a dry pouch or jewelry box
- Clean gently using a soft cloth
